Tsatsral Tserendash is Seattle Mongolian Youth Center’s Executive Director. She founded the Seattle Mongolian Youth Center in 2016 with her passion to preserve the Mongolian National Language and the culture with the hopes that our next generation will continue fostering Mongolian traditions and independence. Tsatsral is actively involved in the Mongolian community in Seattle.
Tsatsral holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Political science at State University of Saint Petersburg, Russia.
She likes to play tennis, basketball and enjoys helping children learn.
Kherlen Cox works as the Finance and Operations Director at Denise Louie Education Center, a non-profit that helps immigrant children through grant programs from Head Start, Seattle Public School program, and Washington State ECEAP preschool program, and King County Best Start Program. She holds an MBA from City University, and is a current practicing Certified Public Accountant in Washington state, and holds a current SHRM membership.
I work as a senior technical program manager, launching Cloud Security products in Oracle. I enjoy exploring new fields and learning new skills. It has been a pleasure to support the Seattle Mongolian Youth Center community, helping to steward organizations' resources for the greater good, aligning strategies, goals, and capacity.
Bat-Ulzii Luvsanbat is a Principal Group Software Engineering Manager who leads the C++ Language group for the Developer Division at Microsoft. During his 20 years tenure at Microsoft, Ulzii (short version for Bat-Ulzii) has worked across various business units and roles, including a 2-year overseas assignment in Beijing China for the Office division. As a board member @ SMYC where he passionately supports the mission of promoting education and opportunities amongst the American Mongolian community in WA.
Ulzii leads an active lifestyle outside of work. He is an avid cyclist and basketball enthusiast on the weekend and throughout the year. Ulzii went to the US when he was 19 years of age to start his American Dream. More info on Ulzii can be found on his LinkedIn page.

Majored in law at Mongolian National University, School of Law. Studied chiropractic in Mongolia and the US. Founded “Bella Spa” in 2012. In 2020, Narangerel got certified as a health coach.
Bat-Orgil Chuluunjav has a double-major bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Applied Mathematics. He worked as a child development methodologist when he was in Mongolia, camp counselor, and program director for over ten years at a children's camp. As a board member of the Seattle Mongolian Youth Center, he is actively involved, participates in programs, and events concerning Washington Mongolian children’s development. He works as a manager at “Weidner” properties. In his free time, he likes to experience nature with his children.
Uranchimeg Lkhagva graduated from the Mongolian State Pedagogical University with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in Teaching. She worked at a Mongolian Language School in Washington DC for 3 years. She is passionate about teaching and was awarded the ”Best education worker” title in Mongolia.
Her hobbies are arts and crafts, including knitting and sewing.
Graduated Mongolian School of teaching in1980, earned her bachelor's in Mathematics at Mongolian State Pedagogical University in 1996. She has 23 years of experience in teaching and is passionate about it. She was awarded the ”Best education worker” title in Mongolia.
Tsetsegsuren likes music and plays the mandolin.
Delsey graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a B.S. in Computer Science. She is continuing her education in Data Science at the University of Washington. Her background growing up in India and speaks fluent Malayalam helps her connect with students from the Asian diaspora, as a fellow member. She has a passion for singing.
Elizabeth (Betsy) Stelzer is a pianist, vocalist, choral director, and composer from Arlington, Texas. She received a BM in Composition from the University of North Texas and an MM in Music Education from the University of Texas at Arlington and is currently studying carpentry at Seattle Central College. Betsy moved to Washington 10 months ago and found a place at Alki UCC almost immediately. She is very happy to be a part of this warm and open congregation. In her free time, Betsy enjoys hiking, yoga, listening to jazz, and chopping wood.
She graduated from Mongolian National University in Ulaanbaatar and National Economic University in Moscow with degrees in engineering and international business administration respectively. Hobbies are gardening and photography. She teaches pre-school children on Mongolian music, dance, and handcrafting. Her main focus is on their development towards self-studies through team-work exercises and socializing.
Mungunchuluun Tsog graduated from the Mongolian University of Arts and Cultures, with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and started her professional dancing career at the Mongolian State Music & Dance Conservatory. She joined Seattle Mongolian Youth Center in 2017 and has been our Dance instructor since then. Her passion includes preserving the Mongolian traditions and culture through her dance lessons and traditional folk movements.
Graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy of Russia in 1972 as a professional ballet dancer. From 1972 to 1992 she worked as a soloist at the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Mongolia. She wishes to pass her knowledge and skills to the Mongolian youth in Seattle.
Andrin Kouame was born in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, West Africa in 1979. She graduated from Abidjan Cocody University, majoring in economics and management in 2004.
After graduation, she opened a business for multiple child care services and also worked as a sales representative and an accountant. at various trade companies.
A.Kouame has immigrated to the USA in 2010 and worked at a daycare in Mountlake Terrace, WA, preschool teacher at Edmonds Community College, as an assistant teacher at Shoreline Community College and Family Support Specialist at Center for Human Services in Shoreline, WA.
Studied the design at Mongolian University of Arts and Culture, Design School with graduation in 2020 as a monumental art instructor.
Winner of 1st place in “Golden Brush” Young artists’ painting contest in 2017.
Co-founded “Empowering women through art” in 2019.
She enjoys teaching from the bottom of the heart.
