Mongolian national dance is an ancient form of art that is based on nomadic culture and everyday lives of Mongolians. Everyone from children to elders has been dancing since ancient times. Mongolian dancing has many styles, one of which is the Mongolian folk dance. The special due to its use of all of the human body’s joints including head, arms, legs and all other connecting joints. Also root seating is especially unique because no other form of dance has this move. Root seating involves the artist dancing like he or she is sitting on a chair but it is in the air.
